Connecticut Orthodontist, Dr. Mark Feinberg received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1977 from Fairfield University and his DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1982. He completed his certification in orthodontics at Columbia University in 1984 and then joined the orthodontic practice of Dr. Leonard Feinberg, his dad.
Dr. Feinberg is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics the highest distinction achievable in the specialty of orthodontics. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Central Connecticut Orthodontic Study Group. He currently serves as an orthodontic clinical faculty member at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
To ensure contemporary knowledge of the specialty of orthodontics, Dr. Feinberg routinely attends continuing education seminars and has lectured nationally to his colleagues on advanced 3-D Diagnostic Technologies in the digital age at various orthodontic meetings. His most recent article on this subject appeared in the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists Journal.
When he is not mastering the latest technological advancements or creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys traveling to Vermont, reading, cycling, elliptical, tennis and cross country skiing. Dr. Feinberg is a native of Fairfield, attended Andrew Warde High School, and he and his wife Bebe have two children: Evan and Lauren.
